Get inspired, get connected - join us at the INCF Assembly in September!

12 August 2022

There is still time to register for our yearly neuroinformatics community meet-up and training event, the INCF Assembly in September - and we have just opened up submissions of late-breaking abstracts! Submit your abstracts by Friday August 19 here.

You can look forward to meeting a unique mixed crowd of neuroscientists, computational modelers, software tool developers and infrastructure providers. The meeting will be fully virtual, and scheduled to accommodate both EU and US participants.

Not to be missed: our Governing Board Director, Maryann Martone, will kick off the event with a presentation of INCF and our work towards a FAIR Roadmap - if you join the discussion, you can help inspire and inform INCF’s future activities in this area.

The full five-day program consists of workshops proposed and led by our community members. The three first days, September 12-14, will have presentations and discussions of current state and developments in FAIR and repåroducible neuroscience. The two final days, September 15-16, are focused on training and hands-on experience - you can learn how to annotate BIDS datasets, how to integrate multi-modal data, how to use reporting templates for EEG or neuroimaging data to improve reporting of methods, or how to set up reproducible workflows. Or you can take a course in Neuroscience data integration through use of digital brain atlases that will give you university credits!

Register for Assembly today!

Registration is heavily discounted for Assembly for existing and new members. Join us, and bring your friends!
