CZI funded project for BioRxiv comes to fruition

INCF has worked with SciCrunch through fiscal sponsorship which helped them complete the CZI-funded research resource table project for all BioRxiv papers (2024-2025). This project aimed to text mine preprints in order to disentangle the scientific tools that are used in those articles. BioRxiv preprints now contain a table of highlighted scientific tools that were used in the study, just a few days after the full text version is released. The project will improve the visibility of all scientific tools.
