Finland

The INCF National Node of Finland is located at the Institute of Signal Processing, Tampere University of Technology (TUT). It was established in March 2007. The Chair and coordinator is Professor Ulla Ruotsalainen at the Institute of Signal Processing, TUT. The coordination is done in collaboration with Dr. Satu Tissari at the Finnish IT Center for Science (CSC).

The Finnish node is funded by the Academy of Finland. The funding includes support for personnel, national meetings and networking, and some pilot projects in neuroinformatics.
