Digital Atlasing Infrastructure

A perspective article highlighting the INCF Digital Atlasing Program was published in the February issue of the journal PLoS Computational Biology, and was also highlighted in the April issue of Nature Methods.

The MUlti-SImulator Coordinator (MUSIC)

MUSIC is a standard API, developed as a project within the INCF Multi-Scale Modeling Program. A pilot implementation of the MUSIC API was released as open source in March 2009. Now there is also a paper out in the journal Neuroinformatics, describing the experiences from the implementation for MUSIC interfaces for the simulators NEST and MOOSE and giving benchmarking results for a multi-simulation connecting a NEST and a MOOSE model.
