Getting reimbursed by INCF
Bank account information required when being reimbursed by INCF
INCF requires the following information in order to process reimbursement requests.
If your bank has an IBAN number:
Account owner's name
Recipient bank's address
IBAN number
Swift code
If your bank doesn't have an IBAN number (e.g., some U.S. banks):
Account number
Account owner's name
Final recipient bank's name
Final recipient bank's routing number and SWIFT code
Final recipient bank's address
If being reimbursed by check, please provide:
Name
Mailing address
