By car:
E4/Uppsalavägen, southbound: Follow the signs to Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset (Karolinska University Hospital). Turn left down Karolinska vägen and continue for 600 metres. Turn left onto Solnavägen and drive on for another 400 metres. Turn right into Karolinska Institutet.
Essingeleden (E20/E4) northbound: Stay in the right-hand lane towards S:t Eriksplan. Continue onto Norrtull. Stay in the right-hand lane at the Norrtull exit and turn right onto Norra Stationsgatan, and then left after a few hundred metres onto Gävlegatan. Turn almost immediately right onto Torsplan and then right again onto Solnabron. Continue for about 300 metres and turn left into Karolinska Institutet.
